Girl Scout cookie season is upon us, but a few changes are coming to the lineup.

The full slate of classic cookie flavors are back for now, though two varieties — Girl Scout S’mores and Toast-Yay! — will be retired after the 2025 season, Girl Scouts of the USA said in a Jan. 7 news release.

RIP S’mores: 2017 – 2025.

Cookie lovers can grab a box of the departing flavors at nearby cookie booths or by contacting a Girl Scout directly to order via their online sales link, Girl Scouts said.

The cookie-sales season typically runs from January to April, though timing may vary from city to city.

“Girl Scout Cookie season is about so much more than selling the iconic cookies people know and love,” Wendy Lou, chief revenue officer for the group, said in the release.

“The funds girls earn throughout the season directly power girls’ journeys in leadership, entrepreneurship and community building,” Lou said.

Girl Scout cookie season begins this week.

S’mores and Toast-Yay! are the latest varieties to be phased out in recent years. Raspberry Rally, a crunchy raspberry cookie coated in chocolate, was discontinued in 2023, Food & Wine Magazine reported.

The cookies were only sold online and became “extremely popular” among buyers, a Girl Scouts spokesperson told Today.com. However, the organization hit pause and chose to “prioritize supplying our classic varieties,” the spokesperson told the outlet.

Girl Scouts announced the new Raspberry Rally cookie in 2022.

Classic cookie flavors set to return include:

  • Adventurefuls
  • Caramel Chocolate Chip
  • Caramel deLites / Samoas
  • Do-si-dos / Peanut Butter Sandwich
  • Lemonades
  • Lemon-Ups
  • Peanut Butter Patties / Tagalongs
  • Thin Mints
  • Toffee-tastic
  • Trefoils

Cookie pricing and availability may vary based on location, Girl Scouts of the USA said.
