BAMBERG – Rusty & Paula’s Restaurant had a small, contained kitchen fire last week.
While the restaurant has been closed most of the week, it will reopen on Saturday, July 29.
Owner Paula Hutchins said, “We will re-open Saturday, July 29 for breakfast from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. and for lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
“Next, the restaurant will open Sunday, July 30 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.”
The small, contained kitchen fire ruined the old stove but caused no structural damage. The final installation work for the new stove was completed on Thursday, July 27.
The restaurant’s weekday schedule will resume on Monday, July 31. The restaurant will be open from Monday to Saturday from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. for breakfast and then 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for lunch and also from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for lunch on Sunday.
