Rickenbacker Xcel hosted its 28th Annual Fundraiser for Alzheimer Awareness on Dec. 21, in honor of the late Saul Rickenbacker Sr. The non-profit organization has established its footprint in the Alzheimer’s communities across the country.

This year’s event was enhanced with sophistication and a high fashion of green and gold created by Royal Designs. The venue was adorned with green and gold centerpieces hung from the ceiling.

James McQuilla, President of the Orangeburg County Chamber of Commerce spoke on the factors that contribute to the development of Alzheimer’s disease. He congratulated the Rickenbacker family on their efforts supporting the Alzheimer Association. Prince William Dejou Pierre entertained with an impersonation of Luther Vandross.
The Rickenbacker Xcel Foundation appreciates the community’s love and support for the past 28 years and looks forward to the 29th Gala.
