The event was held Saturday, Dec. 14 at, the Downtown Orangeburg Revitalization Association Pavilion on Russell Street.
Students in the program have returned to class.

The organization is focused on empowering youth through tutoring, mentoring, community service, the NAACP and the church. Students from K-5 through grade 12 are tutored.
Individuals may visit at 349 Summers Ave. (Main Site) and Sheridan Elementary School. Classes are held from 3 to 5 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday at Sheridan Elementary and 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at 349 Summers Ave. (Across from old Library).
The organization recently received two awards at the S.C. Department of Juvenile Justice Community Service Division, Legacy of Leader Awards Gala in Columbia.

Keitt was presented with the Lifetime Dedication and Impact Award, while the Lowcountry Youth Visionary Award went to Aries Moore, a 7th grader.
Donations may be given all year round.
