The Orangeburg County School District announced the top five teachers of the year and support staff of the year on Monday.
The top 5 teachers of the year are:
• Corderia Grant – Brookdale Elementary
• Ashley Murray – Edisto Elementary
• Mary Stephens – Edisto Primary
• Audrey Irick – Marshall Elementary
• Sophia Smith – Sheridan Elementary
The top 5 support staff of the year are:
• Patricia Rivers – Elloree Elementary
• Kimberly Skinner – Mellichamp Elementary
• Stephanie Felder-Hilliard – Whittaker Elementary

The winners of the teacher of the year and support staff of the year awards will be revealed during the district convocation on Wednesday. This event serves as a platform to recognize the commitment and hard work of the district’s educators and staff.
OCSD Superintendent Dr. Shawn Foster commends the efforts of these educators and staff members for their remarkable impact on the lives of students.
