The National Weather Service has issued a lake wind advisory from 11 p.m. Wednesday to 8 p.m. Thursday.
The advisory covers Calhoun, Clarendon, Sumter and southeastern Orangeburg counties.
Strong winds and rough waves on area lakes will create hazardous conditions for small craft.
