Crosby Land Company Inc., a Southeastern land brokerage, has listed the Murdaugh family’s Moselle Estate House in Islandton for $1,950,000.
Todd Crosby, president, broker in charge and accredited land consultant, has secured the listing. The Moselle Farm, which encompassed the house and 1,772 acres of land, was previously listed and sold by Crosby in March 2023.
The Moselle Estate House listing consists of the 5,275-square-foot estate house and 21 acres of land. Beyond brick columns at the property’s entrance awaits a long oak-lined driveway leading to a Southern-styled home with high-end features such as pine flooring and sportsman’s room.
Centrally located in the Lowcountry of South Carolina, the Moselle Estate House is approximately 45 miles from Beaufort, 70 miles from Charleston and 75 miles from Savannah.
