The Men of Hope, a non-profit organization, is getting ready its 9th annual initiative. The aim of the campaign is to invest in the lives of local children. The group wants to help 200 children this year by giving each of them $100.00 to spend on holiday shopping.
They seek $100.00 contributions to allow them to shop for themselves and others and to foster feelings of independence, pride, and hope. School guidance counselors and social workers help identify children who could benefit the most from this initiative.
