The Orangeburg Line Dancers will host Elvis Presley tribute artist Jason Sikes on Saturday, Aug. 19.

The performance will be held at the Orangeburg County Fine Arts Center.

“Welcome Back Elvis” is the theme for this year’s concert.

Sikes is returning for his sixth concert in Orangeburg. This will be the first since the COVID-19 pandemic.

Sikes participates in festivals and contests across the country as an Elvis impersonator.

“He is very true to form to the way Elvis performs. He grew up loving Elvis and loving the music. If you close your eyes, you’ll think Elvis is there. We’re here to present this to the public,” said Laura Snipes, program coordinator.

Sikes hands out scarves, takes pictures with concertgoers and signs autographs, resembling a “true Elvis concert,” Snipes said.
