The Dogwood Garden Club of Orangeburg held their annual end-of-year luncheon at the Fine Arts Center on May 1. The group enjoyed Tea Thyme sandwiches and salads on the terrace overlooking the Edisto River. Outgoing co-president Elizabeth Clevenger and incoming co-president Susan Berry provided homemade desserts: a coconut cake and a congealed confection.

The ceremony concluded with a welcome gift for each new leader, a scented Lenox candle from the company’s Butterfly Meadow Collection. After hugs and farewells, members dispersed for the summer. The club will resume monthly meetings in September.
