On Dec. 17, 2024, the Orangeburg Alphas celebrated the Senior Brothers of Delta Zeta Lambda Chapter. The Senior Brothers, 80 years old and older, filled the house with wisdom, laughter, and even tears. The annual Senior Brothers’ dinner was an opportunity for the My Brother’s Keeper Committee members, sponsors, and Chapter Brothers to honor the elderly brothers of the Chapter. The Senior Brothers of the Chapter were celebrated for their contributions to the fraternity and chapter. For some, that time has spanned more than 50 years of service to the fraternity.

Following a meal and messages from Brother Eric Ham, President, and Brother the Rev. Dartanyan Jamerson, each Senior Brother expressed his love for the Fraternity and reflected on the memories made throughout the years. At the end of the evening, the Senior Brothers were gifted a fraternity sweater by their sponsor(s). The evening was emceed by Brother Quietshone Howell.
